Beverly Grove · The Project Network

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 1, 2026

Beverly Grove operates a home-project network based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This policy describes how information submitted through this website and its Project Concierge is handled. If you do not wish to use the concierge, you can use the short project form or call us.

What we collect

We collect information you choose to provide: your name, phone, email, preferred contact method, address or ZIP, project types and scope, budget and timing if known, uploaded photos, and the conversation transcript. We also record the original landing page, referring page, campaign parameters you arrived with, and submission and activity times for project follow-up and attribution.

How we use it

We use your information to understand your project, contact you about it, prepare an internal summary, review potential project options, and, where appropriate, share relevant project information with independent providers involved in the request. We do not sell your project as a product or subscribe you to unrelated marketing by submitting a request.

AI Project Concierge

The concierge uses an external AI processing service to respond to your messages and organize project details. Its responses are informational and may be incomplete or mistaken. Photos you attach are stored with your lead; the concierge is not a substitute for an onsite evaluation, licensed professional, binding proposal, or contract. A person should review important details.

Texts and calls

Submitting a project permits Beverly Grove to contact you about that specific request by phone or email. Consent to project-related text messages is separate, optional, and not a condition of submitting. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw text consent by replying STOP to a message, or request no further project contact using the contact information below.

Storage and security

Project records, transcripts, consent timestamps, and file references are stored in the website database. Uploaded files are stored in managed object storage. Access to lead management is restricted to authorized owner accounts. We use reasonable safeguards; no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. We retain records as needed for project follow-up, business records, and applicable obligations, and consider deletion requests subject to those needs.

Attribution and analytics

We use referral and campaign URL parameters to understand how visitors reach the site. The website may use operational session storage to keep a project conversation and its first-touch attribution together. Advertising pixels and optional marketing cookies are not active in this launch version; if they are added, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before activation.

Your choices

You may ask what information we hold, request a correction or deletion where appropriate, or withdraw optional communications. Contact Beverly Grove at 561-724-5588, or write to 1005 Marina Mile Blvd, Suite 238, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315. We will review the request and respond according to applicable law.

Updates

We may update this policy as features and integrations change. The revision date above indicates the most recent version.
